Planner Pages for Crocheters
Having a way to keep track of your crochet world can help you become more productive, while reducing overwhelm. For example… Do you know exactly how much yarn you have, by color, weight, and brand? Do you know what size all of your crochet hooks are and which ones are your favs for which type of yarn? How about projects… are you a “one project at a time” type of person or do you have multiple projects going on at once?
If you do have multiple projects going on at once, do you know what they name and dye lot are? Do you remember where you got that yarn and how much you paid? Do you remember what size hook you were using?
Whew… that’s a lot of information to keep in your mind. That’s why having ways to keep track of things can be so useful. Think about it for a moment, in fact grab a pen and piece of paper…
Make a list of all of the things in your crochet world you’d like to keep track of. (Feel free to draw from the above.)
As someone who loves creating project planners and journals, I’m in the process of creating a collection of tracking pages for crocheters. I’ll start with ones that I’d love to use in my own crochet world.
Below you’ll find a list, which I’ll be adding to. Please feel warmly invited to request a specific type of planner or tracking page, by posting in the comments section below.
Here’s a partial list that I’ll be drawing from:
- Yarn Stash Inventory
- List of Projects in Progress
- List of Things I’d Like to Crochet in the Future
- Crocheted Gifts I’ve Given
- Crocheted Gifts to Be Made
- My Favorite Yarns and Yarn Companies
- Photos of My Masterpieces
- Photos of People Holding the Gifts I Crocheted Them
- Crochet Hook Inventory
- My Favorite Crochet Hooks
- Online Crochet Events and Summits
- A List of Classes I’ve Signed Up For
- Classes I’d Like to Take
- My Favorite Crocheters on YouTube.
- My Favorite Crochet Bloggers
- My Crochet Journal
- My Favorite Crochet Related Quotes
- Crochet Tips and Tricks
- My Favorite Crochet Books
- My Favorite Crochet Patterns
- My Favorite Crochet Artists
- The list goes on…
What type of tracking, planner, journal, or project page would you find useful? Also… what’s your favorite crochet related quote? Mine is… “just one more row!”
